AROUND THE SCHOOL

Due to the building previously being used as a secondary school, we have the luxury of lots of indoor space that lots of other schools don't have. We are extremely lucky to have a separate dining room. We have a large community room complete with kitchen facilities. Children use this room for a variety of activities including active Maths, active English and cookery activities. The room is also used by Manifold Monkeys Mums and Tots group on a Friday. This room is also available for community hire. Details are available from the school office. We have a fantastic school hall used for PE activities, concerts and a variety of other activities. Again this is available for hire for birthday parties or other events at very reasonable prices! We have a computing suite for children to fully access our computing curriculum. Children also have access to iPads and laptops in their classrooms. Children have the opportunity to make lots of mess in our designated Arts and crafts room! Reflection room - whole school worship takes place in this room. Wet play room (not for water play but when the weather outside is frightful). Our children are lucky enough to have their own toy room for use on days when we can't get outside at playtime/lunchtime. This room allows the children to have fun and a mental break away from the classroom. This is something we feel is vitally important. |
